It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

I think I mentioned in my Christmas wish list post that I was very much excited for Christmas this year that I bought presents for family and friends during early November. And my excitement didn’t really stop there ’cause I actually bought 3 out of the 6 items in my own Christmas wish list *insert hashtag #thelifeofasinglelady*. Now if only my mom would give into getting me a puppy or airplane tickets to anywhere (round trip). I’m not counting on her giving me money to get a tattoo anyway so I guess I have to pay for it myself if I really want to get a new tat.

Moving on, one of the things I happily crossed off my wish list is a Canon PowerShot G12 (BOOOYAAAAHHHH!!!) and I’m so happy that I finally have a decent camera. Before any judgment is made, I’m NO photographer and I don’t intend to be a ‘professional’ or ‘legit’ photographer with this camera. I’m just so happy that I can take beautiful shots with better quality and resolution. And as a way of celebrating my happiness thanks to this new gadget, here are some Christmas-y photos that I took recently.

I’m still getting the hang of this camera and I didn’t even bother reading the manual so I’m really just tinkering and discovering its features one by one. Hopefully I’ll be able to take better shots real soon. Advance Merry Christmas to me and to you! ♡

P.S. Aside from the Canon G12, I finally bought the perfect and most comfortable red flats ever! And even though I kind of asked for a FullyBooked gift certificate, I actually went ahead and bought the book I’ve been eyeing—The Book Thief—so I guess that eliminates the gift certificate thing. But I still want more books though (The Graveyard Book, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, World War Z, and a whole lot more—FYI).
