It’s no secret (although I try very hard to hide it) that I am one loyal Kpop fan. And although I try my very best to put into words every time someone asks me WHY I love/enjoy/adore Kpop, I just can’t. But being a dancer myself, I can’t help but be lured into those addicting and visually-appealing dance steps and beats. So one fine day, my good friend Arriane a.k.a. Wanderrgirl had an A-HA moment and suggested that we conduct Kpop dance classes and it was love at first thought. Again, I really love the idea of win-win situations where I can do what I really love doing and at the same time, share my talent to others.

To cut the story short, we’ve had 4 successful dance classes in the past year and we’re bringing it back again this month! πŸ™‚ Unlike our previous dance classes in which we feature newly-released pop dance tracks, we’re going with a ‘classic’ r&b song due to popular demand and really, the dance was just beautifully choreographed and not lollipop-ish like the other Kpop dances. And it’s choreographed by a Filipino as well!

We're covering Taeyang's Wedding Dress! Jan. 29, 10am-12nn πŸ™‚

Just a recap of our previous dance classes:

Our very 1st dance class! Run Devil Run by SNSD

Our very humble beginning with only 8 students πŸ™‚

Our 2nd class: Bonamana by Super Junior

Our morning class πŸ™‚ (Surprisingly, we had to have 2 classes to accommodate more students!)

2nd class for Bonamana πŸ™‚

3rd class: No Other by Super Junior (yes, SuJu is basically our main bias)

Our 4th class: Lucifer by SHINee πŸ™‚

Morning class πŸ™‚ (This dance class had the most number of students who attended!)

Afternoon class πŸ™‚

We even had a follow-up class of Lucifer since we weren’t able to finish the whole dance in just one session ’cause it was really the most difficult choreo out of the 4 πŸ™‚

Probably the most awesomeΒ  thing about what we do here is we also get to meet new friends, who obviously share the same interests, and some of them have even attended all of our classes! What is loyalty πŸ™‚ It really is fulfilling to see that at the end of each class, the students are enjoying the steps that they’ve learned and the positive comments that motivate us to continue on with our efforts. πŸ™‚

Come one, come all! πŸ™‚
